Carolina Colours has four certified yoga instructors who volunteer their time weekly to teach yoga for free to residents.

While normally all classes are inside, during the COVID pandemic, classes have realigned to maintain safe and healthy practices.​

*Due to the need for COVID social distancing in limited space, and other complexities of teaching remotely, classes taught by Lori, Tamara and Carol are generally unable to accept newcomers to classes at this time. During the pandemic, sign-up sheets are placed at the granite countertop reception area of the CC Pavilion Library/Pro Shop Entrance.

Hardcopy sign-up is required for all class attendees.

Restorative Yoga Class

Sign-up closes at 5:00 pm on the Saturday immediately prior to the Monday class. Electronic e-mail invitation is sent to class participants by 3:00 pm on Sunday—the day before class. A sign-up sheet is placed by 3:00 pm each Sunday for the Monday class held eight days later. ​

All other CC Free Yoga Classes

Individual class sign-up sheets for an upcoming week’s class are placed 15 minutes prior to class. Sign-up closes when class maximum attendance (indicated on each sheet) is achieved.​
