General Yoga Information and Schedule

All classes are held in the pavilion’s Neuse Room. We have some loaner mats and other props, but bring anything you might have (mat, blankets, strap, blocks). Wear comfortable clothes that allow free movement. All our classes are free and you just show up, no registration. The instructors are volunteering their time to offer these classes out of love, because we feel they are valuable to our community.

Monday: Ralph Dobson’s class, I believe it starts at 8:30

Tuesday: Lori Lozier’s Restorative Yoga class at 8:30. 

Wednesday: Carol Aluzzo’s class at 8am

Thursday: Tamara Paquee’s class at 8am

All 4 of us are in the directory, so you can contact us if you have any questions about a particular class.

Although the directory says that I am the chair of Wednesday and Thursday yoga, that is incorrect. Lori Lozier is the yoga chairman. You can also contact her with general questions.
